Who we are
PromptMyJob operates a personalised AI toolkit generation service. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data protection queries, contact us at hello@promptmyjob.com.
What data we collect
- Job title — entered by you to generate your personalised report
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details
- Email address — collected by Stripe at checkout for receipt delivery
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymous analytics only)
Why we collect it
- Contract performance — to generate and deliver your AI toolkit report
- Legitimate interest — to improve our service and prevent fraud
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax and financial record-keeping requirements
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with trusted service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate your report. Inputs are not stored for training under our API agreement
- Supabase — report caching and delivery
- Vercel — website hosting
How long we keep your data
- Purchase records: 7 years (tax law requirements)
- Generated report content: up to 90 days (cached for re-access)
- Contact messages: deleted within 12 months
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact us at hello@promptmyjob.com and we will respond within 30 days.
